- Orders will be produced once payment has been made. No production will happen beforehand unless agreed otherwise
- Invoices are valid for 10 working days. Pricing may need to be reviewed following this.
- We aim to have all orders manufactured and delivered within 28 working days, however please do allow for up to 10 weeks for delivery.
- Please note that goods that have been customised cannot be returned as they are not in a saleable condition.
- We do not have our own design software, however you can find our brand on https://fifakitcreator.com/ and we are able to create any exported designs.
